“I joined Berkeley as part of the 3rd Berkeley Sales Academy in the summer of 2014. I was previously in an operational regional management within the gambling industry where I had built a 7 year career.

The Sales Academy provided me an opportunity to get a level of training unrivalled in this industry. Exposure to all aspects of the business, sales technique workshops and a firm grounding in the company’s structure, culture and vision provided me an extraordinary platform for me to launch a new career. I have been fortunate to have worked across a number of our developments in Berkeley Southern leading to my current role as Project Sales Manager for Knights Quarter in Winchester. Other highlights within my time at Berkeley so far are completing the Berkeley management programme, involvement with our digital innovation working group and the participation of the design and development of our forthcoming new sales database.”

“I was fortunate enough to be part of the first Berkeley Group sales academy in 2013 following my psychology degree. I had always been interested in property industry and knew I wanted to be involved in a customer facing role. I was already aware of The Berkeley Group and their prestigious reputation growing up in London and seeing the changing London Skyline.

I started my career within the first phase of Goodman’s Fields and was also part of the team who successfully launched Saffron Square and 250 City Road. Following this I was given the opportunity to manage the sales team at Woodberry Down, one of Berkeley Groups largest regeneration schemes. The sales academy training was imperative, teaching me not only valuable sales techniques but the process and planning that goes into building a development.

I am now the Regional Manager of the North East London division, working a diverse selection of developments across North East London. I look forward to further my growth within Berkeley over the coming years.”
