how it works
Once applied, successful candidates for The Blayze Academy will be shortlisted and contacted by one of our dedicated Talent Acquisition team. After detailed conversations and next steps, successful candidates will begin their journey with The Blayze Academy in September 2022. This is a 12-week training programme which will introduce you to the world of recruitment and teach you the necessary skills to succeed. Upon graduation from the Blayze Academy, you will join our full-time recruitment team working across the UK and US Construction and Real Estate industries.
