Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and the South East. Specialising in dry lining packages-including dry walling, partitioning, ceilings, and taping & jointing-you’ll play a key role in managing multiple fast-paced projects.

The Role:

• Manage 3-4 live projects at any one time
• Project values typically range from £100k to £3-4 million
• Focused on Cat A and Cat B commercial fit-out packages
• Predominantly dry lining scopes
• Split working pattern: 2 days at East London head office, 2 days on site, 1 day from home
• Oversee procurement, valuations, variations, package management, and cost reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in commercial fit-out
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Confident communicator, commercially astute, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working both on-site and in the office
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-first approach
