About You:

We are searching for driven, career focused, and highly motivated individuals to join our award winning, and values led recruitment firm. We are open to speaking to experienced 180 or 360 recruiters, ideally with industry related experience, although this is not essential. Demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills is key as is the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. You will have the desire to go the extra mile to achieve individual and team targets with the ambition to progress your career.

You will be joining a hot desk where you will be given live accounts, ownership on clients and have the opportunity to build out your desk and grow a team.

Your Team: Architecture, Design & Technical

We are looking for a talented individual to join our established Architecture, Design & Technical desk and a team that work collaboratively together. You will be supported and trained by consultants at the pinnacle of the industry. We offer a lot of autonomy, support and promotion-based meritocracy, monthly uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses, plus lots more!

Our team have a consistent track record for partnering with leading Architecture AJ100 studios, UK’s top Residential Developers, Commercial Fit-Out Companies, House Builders and Main Contractors, covering multiple disciplines within Architecture, Workplace Design, Technical Management, Design Management and Structural & Civil Engineering.
