A top 5 practice is looking to hire a valuation surveyor. The role is to prepare valuation and viability reports on residential development land across Kent, Sussex, Surrey and South London. There will also be some loan security valuation work, expert witness instructions and development land negotiations on behalf of land owners and developers relating to option agreements and s106 contributions.
They are REALLY flexible as to who they will look at for this role, it could be someone 1 year in to their APC, someone about to qualify or just qualified, a mum returning to work who wants flexible hours around child care or someone part time. It might even suit someone from a rural surveying background who is MRICS and has some valuation experience and wants to move over into commercial real estate.
