Site Manager – 100 units; traditional frame

Job overview:

As the Site Manager you will have day to day control of the site, management and delivery of the project work.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the successful completion of the overall project and to lead by example in all that they do, managing the day to day delivery of construction projects; quality, time, procurement, contractors
• Management of internal/external design team/consultants to meet project deadlines under supervision from a Contract or Project Manager
• Manage sub-contractors, including monitoring of contractor attendance and progress; provide direct instruction and support as necessary such that contractual arrangements are achieved

Requirements:

• Experience in leading a project from day 1 on site to completion is essential
• Minimum of 4 years as the No1 on site for significant projects (min 50 units)
• In date qualifications – SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at work
