Our client, who are one of the UK’s leading residential developers are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to be based on their scheme in Surrey. Building 111 new apartments, the development will be due to be complete in 2021 with a view to then moving onto another Scheme based in the East London region.
Working as a number 2 to the Commercial Manager, the role will be focusing on managing internal packages for the project, implementing procurement strategy’s aligned to the contract programme, management + payment of contractors plus value engineering and updating the business on cost.
The selected candidate must have a proven track record at Quantity Surveyor level on large scale developments for a tier one developer/contractor.
