We have recently partnered with an experience professional agency to assist them in their search for a Lettings Manager/Partner to be based out of their H/O in Tower Bridge.
Our client is an experienced professional consultancy based in the United Kingdom, providing very effective property investment planning and consulting services for individuals and enterprises. They also establish overseas institutions in the United Kingdom, and publicise and expand those businesses.
They have a relationship with all of the major property developers and can locate the best properties to match clients ‘budget and according to investors’ investment criteria. Their personal investments are based on our outlook of ‘The time that you make a profit is not when you sell a property but when you buy it.’
As a Lettings Manager, you will need to:
Maximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the business.
Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
Maximise profit and achieve all financial targets.
Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1’s, reviews and morning meetings.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience.
Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
Be able to work effectively managing a team.
Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times.
Display high standards of service and presentation.
Have good organisational skills.
Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
