Internals Site Manager to Assist the Internals Project Manager – Berkshire – £60k
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to work with UK’s leading high-rise residential developer In Berkshire.
This opportunity is for someone to provide high level of support to the Internals Project Managers in managing the internal packages. The site is a 60-acre lakeside site which is set to deliver over 1,500 homes and apartments. The final phase is a 4-year build programme with handover expected in June 2024.
As the internals Site Manager, you will be assisting the Project Manager on the final phase which has 7 blocks ranging from 6-12 storeys delivering 461 residential units.
Job Responsibilities –
To assist the internals Project Manager in managing the fit-out packages
Report to the project managers on any improvements required on any construction activities
Experience with internal packages with residential developers
Must have a good understanding of residential projects and how the details work with a major emphasis on quality

You will have a strong build or build inspector background in the residential sector.
