This is an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition senior leader to head the Global Talent team of an award winning late stage start-up organisation.
The organisation has a young culture and fresh mindset, having only started operations 8 years ago. Since then, they have made a name for themselves in their area, gaining a lot of traction in the last 5 years. They are now a Global Business with 5 offices in Europe, Asia and the US.
Their product is highly recognised for the unique futuristic technology within the Automotive industry. It is a combination of hardware and software, an award-winning and cutting-edge technology, which is used for the solutions in Autonomous Driving and the Connected Car tech.
As they are entering the next step in their development and have planned an exciting pipeline of hires for the next 2 years, the company is looking to establish the Talent Acquisition division.
This newly created position will be responsible for growing the global recruitment team, shaping the recruitment strategy and establishing the recruitment processes in place. It comes with 5 Direct Reports.
8+ years recruitment experience in the Automotive / High tech industry.
Minimum 3 years team leadership experience.
Experience in growing teams and coaching team members.
