Associate Consultant – Blayze Academy

As a growing business, we are always looking for ambitious, driven, and self-starting individuals to join our team. Blayze Academy is an intensive training programme that will upskill and support ambitious individuals to become successful Recruitment Consultants. Once you have graduated from the programme, you will join one of our successful teams as an Associate Recruitment Consultant, with an excellent earning potential of £28-£45K.

The Blayze Academy programme represents the start of your permanent role with Blayze Group, and is designed to propel your career in the right direction. For 12 weeks you will be expected to complete carefully selected training modules, which are a mix of off-desk and on-desk training provided by some of the key leaders and senior billers in the company. You will be trained the art of recruitment, including the sourcing, and qualifying of candidates, telephone screenings, writing and marketing job adverts, offer negotiation techniques, and much more.

Upon completion of training, you will join one of the fast-paced and successful teams across construction, development, finance, or real estate. You will be assigned a buddy to support your journey from day 1, and help you settle into your new role, offer support throughout your induction and beyond, and to help answer any questions.

About You.

What we really want to see is that you have a self-driven and dynamic personality, and that you are resilient, and hungry to grow and succeed. You must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent time management abilities, as well as confidence and bags of energy! If that comes naturally to you, then we will take care of the rest.

We welcome applications from graduates, as well as from candidates who have 1-2 years’ experience in a sales related, or customer experience sector.
