Blayze Group are currently partnered with a leading Developer who have a strong pipeline of projects to help them find a Technical Manager for their team. Reporting to the Head of Technical, this is a key strategic hire for the business with the opportunity to play a lead role in the delivery of one of three sites the business is currently working on in London.
Main responsibilities will include:
Providing technical guidance, construction planning and logistic information.
Producing development fees, utility costs for the construction cost.
Liaise with Estimators, Surveyors, Buyers and Construction.
Coordinating the technical, design and external Client issues with the Construction Team, Development and Sales & Marketing Team.
Acting as the main Client contact during the Construction Phase.
Produce the Health & Safety Construction Plan with the Construction Manager and issue monthly CDM statements.
Address relevant issues with JCT Contracts, Employers Requirements, Contractors Proposals, Insurances, Performance Bonds, Adoption Agreements and Bonds, Warranties, etc.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or a similar discipline and be able to demonstrate previous experience on RC Frame projects. You will also have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management with respect to Professional Practices and site operatives, both internal and external.
