An excellent career opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on an exciting high density Residential development scheme which is both complex and challenging regeneration scheme within East London.

Supporting the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for Procurement and pre construction activity on large packages such as external facades, M&E and internal fit out. We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Procurement Manager with extensive experience in pre construction and procurement on high density Residential projects that are £100m+. You may have a background and track record working as a Senior QS or Commercial Lead for a Main Contractor or Property Developer/Principal Contractor.
