A fantastic opportunity exists to join a leading developer as a Customer Care Coordinator. reporting to the Head of Customer Service The developer has a range of developments from high-end flat schemes through to refurbishments and traditional housing.
You will be responsible for developing and owning good relations with Customers in London to ensure smooth progression of customer journey from contracts exchange through to occupation. To coordinate intermediate and end of defect work with subcontractors, residents and client’s agents/customers
You will have, relative experience in a similar role or knowledge/experience of the property market preferable. You will be highly personable with strong communication skills and a very organised approach.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Managing, prioritising and logging calls for both intermediate and end of defect defects.
