Fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Site Manager to work for a up and coming residential developer in Slough.
My client is privately owned which means that their flexible and innovative. As a unique house builder every project is bespoke, whilst not the biggest house builder by volume my client boasts a level experience and lineage most house builders may not have which in turn can further progress the right candidates experience.
Job Responsibilities –
To carry out all internal finishing from 1st stage fix through to handover.
Report to the Senior Managers on any improvements required on any construction activities
Experience with internal finishing from 1st stage fix to handover
Must understand residential projects and how the details work major emphasis on quality
