We are a unique Talent Consultancy that draws upon scientific rigour, global consulting expertise and extensive recruitment experience. We work with FTSE 100 Property & Construction organisations to assess and shape the development of their talent and deliver strategic advantage, paving the way in talent strategy and leadership development within the sector.

We are now embarking on an exciting growth phase and are looking for a New Business Sales Manager to help drive the business forward, and grow our client portfolio.

Main responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Managing Director.
  • Managing a sales pipeline with new and existing Group clients.
  • Responsible for acquiring new business and driving sales of Vantage business products.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline or sales opportunities.
  • Qualify, nurture and set appointments with prospect accounts.
  • Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects.
  • Deliver polished and professional presentations and pitches.
  • Deliver on individual sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
  • Work closely with the Managing Director, Head of Business Consultancy, and Marketing with regards to sales activity, approach and insights.

Person specification:


  • 5+ years of proven experience selling complex solutions ideally in HR or talent consultancy sector.
  • Proven experience in growing a customer base.
  • Exceptional proven sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence, in both verbal and written capacities.
  • Passion to provide a personalised customer experience, strong selling skills and deep product knowledge.
  • A self-starter, commercially driven, and results focused.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
